The months of July and August can not be divisible.
Excluding the specific periods mentioned above, the minimum rent period is of 2 consecutive weeks.

The price includes

- The maintenance costs, a presumptive electricity amount of 150 ¤ each month, the water consumption
- The tenant civil liability
- Our staff is bound to do the housework 3 hours a week.

The price doesn't include

- The phone and fax consumption
- The supplying of bed clothes and towels
- The use of the owner reserve on the second floor
- The safes access in each bedroom.

SET JET will establish a contract in proper form signed by the customer. This contract will list all the details included and not included in the price, as mentioned above.

For each renting contract, an entry and departure inventory will be held by an usher. The costs will be shared by half with the tenant (2 x about 370 Euros).

SET JET is sole responsible to collect the visitors tax (1.07 Euros a day and person) and to pay it to the town hall of St Tropez within the required time.

Payment terms

- A 30 % deposit payment at the reservation by swift bank transfer (not repayable). The booking will be effective as soon as the SET JET account is credited.
- The balance has to be paid, at the latest 30 days before the 1st day of location by bank transfer on the SET JET account.
- The payment must be made in ¤,
- The usher account has to be credited of an amount of 10.000 Euros net as a deposit, at the latest 10 days before the beginning of the renting period.
- Renting period beginning : 3 p.m. from the 1st day of the renting
- The keys will be placed at your disposal by the owner representative after the signature of the entry inventory.
- The deposit will be returned at the latest 60 days after the end of the renting period, less the possible damage and the missing or damaged articles, certified by the usher at the departure inventory.
- The end of the location is settled to the last day of the renting, at 10 a.m.

Animals may be accepted with the owner agreement.
On request, it is possible to rent a garage (about 300 to 500 Euros the week according to the period).
A flat (1 bedroom + living room) next to the house may be rented (please ask for the renting terms).
Each bedroom of the house is equipped with a safe. It is possible to rent them according conditions to be asked for.
